Welcome to
Global Vessels, Inc.

We are a faith-based non-profit organization with 501c3 status that believes in service—service to God and our fellow man. We have been in existence since 1998.

Global Vessels has worked tirelessly in different parts of the world with the same goal–to bless and be blessed. Whether supporting communities by building a library and churches in Ghana, erecting an extension to a clinic, or building homes for needy villagers and an orphanage in Tanzania, as well as feeding and ministering to Katrina victims in the U.S. We seek to help remedy suffering in this world. Our partnership with others is what has enabled us to help bring relief and hope to those we serve.

What Drives Us
To Make A Difference

Mission

Our mission is two-fold – “to bless and be blessed.”

Vision

We seek to help change the world by service to humanity—especially the most vulnerable.

We accomplish our goals by:

1

Seeking to help enrich the lives of those who are in need of assistance.

2

Organizing volunteer mission trips that enable others to donate their time and talent to uplift humanity. Thus, they receive an immeasurable blessing.

Our Leadership

Frazier and Virginia Mathis

Frazier and Virginia Mathis are the founders and directors of Global Vessels, Inc. Global Vessels, Inc. is a 501c3 that has been in existence since 1998. The Mathis’s along with their dedicated board, embraced the idea of starting an orphanage after leading a volunteer mission trip to Tanzania in 2005. During this trip to build a clinic they came face to face with the condition of some of the children in the area. On their trip home, the mission team asked that something be done do help these vulnerable children to thrive.

Safe havens for support

Children in poverty are more likely to be exposed to the stress of violence, gangs and drugs. This can negatively affect brain development and long-term well-being. Your support during this vulnerable time helps children and youth set their own goals to build a life free from poverty.

Good that grows

When you sponsor a child, you create a powerful multiplier effect. You help them see beyond the daily struggles of life in poverty. Your support releases them from a cycle of short-term decisions and helps them gain the ability to begin contributing to their own families and communities.

Customized programs

Sponsorship encompasses key programs specifically designed to address a child’s toughest issues in their fight against poverty. Getting and staying healthy, staying in school, finding a stable job. You can help a child overcome challenges they’d otherwise face for a lifetime.

“I realize that school can help me achieve my goals and improve my life.”
